Since 1996, Orochem Technologies Inc. has been dedicated to manufacturing lab consumables for the pharmaceutical industry, clinical diagnostic labs, food industry, and other testing labs. As a fast-growing company with a global presence, we take pride in serving clients around the world. Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager in the USA.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As the National Sales Manager at Orochem Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Industry Engagement:
Attend local vendor shows and company-sponsored trade shows to represent Orochem and build valuable connections.

Customer Relationships:
Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers, including regular visits to customer sites.

Technical Expertise:
Build a strong technical competency in Orochem solutions, becoming a knowledgeable and credible resource for customers.

Marketing Support:
Provide essential information to the marketing team to facilitate the creation of effective business development programs.

Sales Outreach:
Engage with potential new customers through cold calls and emails, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

CRM Management:
Rigorously document communications and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring it stays up-to-date.

Market Analysis:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential new customers through effective market analysis, revenue analysis, and literature review.

Lead Follow-Up:
Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through our marketing programs.

To excel in this role, we’re looking for someone with:

Educational Background:
A bachelor’s or advanced degree (B.S., M.A., Ph.D.) in chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related discipline is required.

Willingness to Travel:
Be prepared to travel between 30% to 70% of the time.

Industry Experience:
Past experience in obtaining contracts with pharmaceutical companies and government labs is essential.

Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Database Management. Extensive knowledge of chromatography and sample preparation production, crucial for a senior-level position.

Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
